This is the UPdate for the Districts of Kona and Kohala.  It covers  only the previous 24 hours (previous 48 hours on Monday) of real estate activity on the North and West sides of the Big Island.  For properties located in other parts of the Big Island, please join the Kau and/or the Hilo/Puna/Hamakua UPdates.

 

If you have any questions about the UPdate, or any listings thereon, I am in the office each day to receive your calls and emails.  I am here to take care of your real estate needs, whatever they may be (including listing your property for sale), and will be happy to show you any properties on the entire Big Island. AGENCY DISCLOSURE: The subject of "Agency" has become a thorny issue lately, especially "Dual-Agency".  Please be advised that there are around 1,500 to 2,000 people receiving my newsletter. Because I supply them with real estate information this is a form of "implied agency."  In other words, to some extent, I am representing all of you as your agent when you receive my UPdate. Also, the odds are that many on the distribution list are going to be interested in the same type of property.  This is now considered to be a form of "Dual-Agency".  That is, I am representing more than one person at one time by supplying them with generalized real estate information.  When I know for sure that more than one person is interested in the exact same specific piece of property, I will inform them of this, and when one or both of those people comes to town to look at property (or if one or the other or both make an offer on the property via email) I will have them both sign a "Dual-Agency Agreement".
